Sleek and Sexy Alternative venue - Restaurant 2

Velvety red and black is the theme of ambience for Restaurant 2 and
here you can have 7 course tasting menu which changes everyday.

It is quite romantic and intimate space for up to 50 customers.

It has 7 different menu courses to choose from.

The Signature course which is a combination of
best dish out of 7 courses
is the most popular.
Booking in advance is strongly
recommendable for this.

We came here about once a week and
are lucky enough to have the signature course twice.

This culinary tasting surely puts us into another
 level of gourmet experience.
So was the impeccable personalised service by
French manager and two lovely waitresses
from Italy and South Africa.

Main Dinning room -The Restaurant dish we enjoyed so much

Executive chef for Seabourn Sojourn is
Graeme Cockburn from UK who is doing a brilliant job
to satisfy just about every passenger on board.

We had a guest chef also from Scotland
who had cooking classes on board.
His name is Andrew Fairlie and
runs two Michelin star awarded restaurant
in Gleneagles Hotel near Glasgow.

Singapore Mar14

Singapore also is one of our favourite places where
we have been so many times previously.

There is a Chinese restaurant in Ngee Ann City on Orchard Rd.
where we go for lunch whenever we visit this vibrant city.
Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant.
And, no exception for this time ^^
A la carte ordered freshly cooked dim sums are the best.

Another reason why we love Seabourn

There has been one time that I had to order room service when I was not well.
It looked like they transfer whole dinning table from the restaurant.
I could have ordered all 5 course meal if I wanted to.
Very impressive...!!
