There were only 5 sea days
out of 31 day port-busy cruise.

ms Eurodam still managed to

It was simply excellent.

Asian restaurant on board Tamarind was offering
lunch tasting menu which was very authentic!
It hasn't been easy to make a booking as it is so popular.
Thumbs up for the service and food!

Indonesian special lunch was on the Tamarind restaurant one day
and we made a booking fairy quickly to try on.
Very nice meal prepared by Indonesian chefs in the kitchen.

Le Cirq dinner on the Pinnacle restaurant.
This would be our 4th Le Cirq dinner
on Holland America Line ships.

Unfortunately, it has been worse every time
and reached the bottom this time.
Service is still excellent but the quality of dish
hasn't been so good as the first time.

We were invited for hand-on cooking class
to make salmon coulibiac, Russian dish

There were only 6 passengers participated in but
we had lot of fun with Barbara, the culinary art manager and the chef,
later, we dine in the Pinnacle restaurant for what we cooked for.
(actually what the chef cook for..^^;)
