on the way back to the hotel for refreshment.

Our tour guide asked the hotel for a late check out
as our flight is in the evening.

How nice!

Assorted vegetable tempura

Yummy Thai curry

It was one hour flight from Bagan to Yangon
then, another hour drive back to the port Thilawa.

It was nearly 9 pm when we returned to the ship.

We had quick dinner at the Restaurant 2
as the Colonnade restaurant and
the main restaurant are closing.

We were happy to make it before
the local dance performance on board started.

We stayed on board on the last day (4th day) in Yangon.

Due to tidal situation,
our ship was leaving at 4pm,
2 hours before it was originally scheduled for.

We wanted to take ship's excursion of Bago
on our last day of Yangon
but decided to leave it to the next visit.

This country has a huge potential
for future mass tourism.
It opened the door for tourists
few years ago
but still not so well known
and the world is watching
their political development.

Unique yet rich cultural heritage
and friendly people
can be a great asset to attract many people
from around the world.

Surely, I will be back one day!
