Cleanest city in Vietnam, Da Nang

Dragon bridge must be the
biggest landmark of Da Nang
and it gets better at night with lightings
especially on weekends when
you can see fire-like
coming out of the mouth.

Our first port is Da Nang, Vietnam
since we left Hong Kong
and
surprisingly this is an overnight port.

We have been here for about 4 times.
Ancient capital Hue in north of Da Nang
and charming old city Hoi An in south are
the main tourist attractions when in Da Nang.
We been to both and enjoyed them very much.

Now, I understand why this is good enough
for over night.

Walking along the river side was very pleasant

Beautiful beach yet hardly crowded

Fisherman's boat shaped in round.
Was told it requires high skill for rowing
as it could go any direction...^^

Sure, I would not be able to recognise this promenade
in another 10 years.
Buildings and hotels popping up like mushrooms in recent years.

Freshest seafood on beach side restaurants

Checking a local market is always interesting
where ever in the world

Good size of shopping mall is nearby
from the market at the river side

Old tyres are transformed into
sandals and flip flops.

There was a complementary shuttle bus from the port
to the city center where rickshaw drivers are
eager to cash in.

We spent two easy days in Da Nang
having local lunch and enjoying massages.
