Singaporian chillie crab or pepper crab?

We are coming here just for food nowadays?

Since we have been to this
wonderful city so many times,
there is almost nothing new for us?

Really?
Nah!

Modern apartment block near the cruise terminal.

Whenever we are in Singapore,
there has been a place for a nice dinner out for us.
It is called East Coast Seafood Centre.

There are handful of Seafood restaurants here
we could have famous Singapore
Chilli crab which we have been enjoying.

But until we tried Pepper crab last time
that we just loved so much that
we regretted that we have been ordering
Chilli crab.

Unusually, the ship is docked here
for 2 over nights this time with
ms Amsterdam world cruise.

So we came to Long Beach restaurant again for
pepper crab with our cruise friends on board.

This Kang Kung dish made of morning glory with
fresh garlic and salted baby shrimp paste
became one of my favourite Asian vegetable dishes

Razor clam can not go wrong with
lots of garlic, ginger and sweet soy sauce

Fried rice that we did not care much
as the other dishes are so tasty

 Shrimps

This is the pepper crab to die for...so yummy!
Finger licking great!!!

Restaurant is always packed with people

On our second day in Singapore with the ship,
we spent almost a day in Vivo city where
the cruise terminal is located for window shopping.

On lunch time, we tried new restaurant which is a Chinese.
 Hainan style chicken rice dish.

 Sweet and sour soup

 My favourite Chinese food.
Shanghai Xiao long bao.

 They were so good!

Enjoying the special lighting show at Gardens by the bay

Even though, we have been here so many times,
it is good to know that there are always
new things to explore and
new wonderful events to check out
and new food to discover.

Looking forward to coming back sometime soon!
